Ready to Rent is a series of workshops and events run by advice(su), to help you prepare for house hunting and make informed decisions about where you choose to live.

Last semester, we encouraged you to hit pause on housing hunting and enjoy your time at UEA. We know there can be a lot of pressure to find your home for next year quickly but big decisions about where to live, and who you choose to live with, should be made carefully.

Red Flag, Green Flag Game

In this video, we've made a quick game to help you identify the green and red flags when a prospective landlord is showing you around their property. Sit down with your house hunting group before you view any properties and see if you can spot all the important things to look out for!

We're running a series of social events in February and March to help you find potential housemates - you might be looking to meet new friends, or wanting to form a group for house-hunting. Come along to our fast-paced Speed Friending sessions, or chill out with crafts and board games at our socials.
