<What is UN Women UK/ UN Women?>
UN Women UK is the UK National Committee for UN Women. It is an independent non-profit, non-governmental charity registered in the UK and it exist to take action on gender equality here in the UK, whilst supporting the work of UN Women around the world.
UN Women is the UN entity working towards making gender equality a reality in every way: from grassroots programmes with the most vulnerable women and girls, to changing attitudes, and helping governments design gender-equal policy.
