We meet once a week to practice yoga and meditation. For Term 1, our meeting time is every Thursday at 18:30 in Julian Study Centre (JSC) - Room 02.02.

Our sessions are suitable for those of any faith or none – all you need is an open mind!

We aim to use yoga and guided meditation to cultivate mindfulness, calm and insight. After participating in the yoga and meditation, feel free to join us for a cup of tea and group discussion.

The meditation will be led by Rozan and the yoga will be lead by Lina.

Attendance is open to all UEA staff and students. However, if you would like to become a member in order to receive emails with updates about our society, please follow the link on the SU website.

Membership is £3.00 for the year. This money helps us to run the sessions.
