Ever wanted to try a brand new, fast paced, beginner friendly team sport? Then come along to Ultimate Frisbee! Perfect for making new friends and giving something new a go. 

Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact mixed gender team sport . The aim of the game is to work the disc up your pitch into your opponents endzone, whilst preventing the disc from dropping on the floor or your opponents from intercepting. Think of it like a mix between netball and american football but using a frisbee. 

We'll show you different methods of how to throw a disc, explain the rules and play a mini-game of ultimate frisbee. It's okay if you've never played or never thrown a frisbee before, most people haven't before university. We're a friendly supportive bunch so we're more than happy to show you the ropes. 

Bring a light and dark t-shirt, appropriate footwear and bottle of water. 

We can be found in the sportspark in Hall 3, and we will have a committee member waiting in the sportpark foyer.
