Discussion and Q&A with Alex Burghart MP

We are delighted to be joined by Alex Burghart MP on May 8th. Doors open at 6:15pm in the Enterprise Centre Lecture Theatre.

Alex Burghart is the Shadow Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, and the Shadow Secretary of State for Northern Ireland. He is also the de-facto deputy leader of the Opposition, and stands in for Kemi Badenoch MP at PMQs when she is unavailable.

While in government, Burghart was Parliamentary Secretary for the Cabinet Office, and Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Prime Minster (Boris Johnson), amongst other appointments.

Burghart has been the MP for Brentwood and Ongar since 2017.
