A trip to buxton heath to do active conservation work
We have 4 spaces available for another of our Buxton Heath trips. We will be continuing to fell birch trees in order to create more diverse habitats. This is a great day out and a fantastic opportunity to do some active conservation work. Make sure to bring a packed lunch and a hot drink if you wish as this will take up all day and there are no opportunities to buy food when you're there. Ideally wellies or walking boots will be required but the warden at Buxton may be able to provide wellies if you let us know in advance. As always bring appropriate clothing for all weather, especially rain. We look forward to seeing you there.
