Introduction to UEA Rowing

Introduction to UEA Rowing and Whitlingham Boathouse

To include both a land and on-the-water experience. 

Available to anyone, also wheelchair accessable

These taster sessions will include:

-Travel from Spartspark to Whitlingham

-A tour of the Whitlingham boathouse - the facility where we store our boats, use indoor rowing machines and gym equipment

-On-the-water learn to row experience as either a cox or rower 

-Introduction to land training with gym and indoor rower
