Join Dev student Samuel Kerby for a talk covering the causes of unsustainable business practices in industry and their costs on not just the environment but to the business themselves as well as how there impacts effect social inequalities.

Notable case studies include Detroit and the fall of "Motor City" and the ongoing consequences of Unsustainable practices in China`s real estate industry covering and unpacking the long-term impacts of over expansion and investments roles in creating an economic landscape that much like current state of human-eco-system relations cannot be maintained indefinitely.

This talk will be given by BA Global and Anthropology Student Samuel Kerby at Lecture Hall 3 follwed by open discussions with the audience!
