Join us for our first meet of the year to test your best Squat, Bench and Deadlift.

This is an informal, non-official competition with no weigh in but will follow IPF rules on what makes a good lift. 

Prizes, club records and participation medals up for grabs. 

All abilities welcome and encouraged. A great chance to get a taste of the competition environment!
