Buxton heath walk

Buxton heath is a great circular walk through the heathland, which is a different habitat to the places Day Walks has done this year. The heath is covered in gorse, heather and pine trees, which provides the perfect home for deer, song birds and lizards. The walk also loops through a beatuiful woodland, which provides a beautiful picnic spot.

When: Sunday 11th of May 2025 @ 10 am

Where: Norwich bus station, stand N

Length: 8.5 miles

Notes: please pring a packed lunch, plenty of water, suncream, hat, walking boots or shoes.

There are no toilets and no opportunity to buy food.
