Marriott's Way Walk

A walk following Marriott's Way towards the UEA Campus.

The second new walk for 2024-25, the Marriotts Way walk will take you from Taverham, past the river Wensum and through woodland. As we near campus, we will deviate from the path to explore the beautiful Bowthorpe Marshes and West Earlham woods. This walk will only require a bus ticket one way, from St Stephens Street to Taverham, as we will be walking all the way back to campus.

Length:   7.1 miles

Please bring:   Water, lunch (the walk will pass by a Tesco, where you can buy lunch.)

Please wear:   Walking boots (especially if it has been raining!) and weather appropriate clothing.

Please avoid:   Canvas shoes, high heels, jeans (hard to dry once wet.)
