Your Advice & Welfare team are hosting a series of drop-in sessions across Elections campaigning, as a quite space for candidates to have a chat and take a moment for themselves.

These sessions will be an open drop-in, meaning you can call in whenever you like within the advertised time. We’ll have some relaxed activities like mindful colouring, but you’re also very welcome to bring a hot drink and just sit.

Please be aware that drop-ins are available to all candidates and we encourage you not to discuss confidential or sensitive information in that space.

If a candidate would like some individual support in managing their wellbeing during the Elections period, please email advicecentre@uea.ac.uk so that we can help you access the right support.
