The Brass Funkeys! A trailblazer in the new generation of UK Brass Bands, this 9-piece collective has a unique sound forged from their strong personalities and eclectic individual tastes, whilst still paying homage to their New Orleans Brass Band roots. Questions

Q: Do we have to dress formal?

A: No, you can dress how you like. There will be some masks available on the night! But we recommend you bring your own

Q: What's included in the ticket price?

A: LCR party, karaoke in the hive, casino, photo booth, sing along with 9-piece brass band The Brass Funkeys

Q: Is it only for graduates?

A: The event is open to everyone! Graduates bring your friends and family along

Q: Is any food/ snacks provided?

A: Yes there will be food available to purchase

Please respect our staff and other attendees.

We have zero tolerance towards spiking.  

Anyone caught spiking will be banned from the venue for life, if you or your friend think you have been spiked, please report it to staff – you will be believed.  

Our Security and Venues teams are trained to support you; plus, our dedicated student welfare Alcohol Impact Crew, are on hand to operate a safe space in the Hive (we can help with getting students home if needed), alongside the marvellous St John First Aiders.  

Please ask for a spikey at the bar and try to reuse it if possible. We are also purchasing foil lids for cups and testing strips – as soon as they arrive we will be using them.  We will continue to routinely remove any abandoned drinks.
