Adventure Afternoon - Tomahawk (axe) Throwing

Join us at Eaton Vale to try out tomahawk (axe) throwing! Meeting at the Megbus Stop, transport included.
Learn how to throw axes through the air and hit right on target. Test accuracy and skill with this thrilling 75 minute activity in picturesque rustic range.
Once popular amongst Vikings thousands of years ago, axe throwing is an exhilarating experience to be a part of. Discover all the techniques and build axe throwing skills. Take aim at tree stump targets with a traditional tomahawk and enjoy the challenge of hitting the target.
The meeting place is at the Megabus stop on University Drive.
1pm Session:
- Meet at the MegaBus stop at 12:45
- Session 13:15 - 14:30
- Back on campus by 15:00 latest
3pm Session:
- Meet at the MegaBus stop at 14:15
- Session 14:45 - 16:00
- Back on campus by 16:30 latest
Transport included in ticket price.
Tickets are available three weeks before the event takes place, up until 12:00pm (midday) the day before. A limited number of tickets will also be available on UEA Moves to redeem.
Important Info:
- Closed toe shoes are needed for all activities – no sandals or flip flops
- Every activity can be ran in various weather conditions, so please come with appropriate clothing, such as coats or sun cream
- All equipment is provided for every activity
- All kit is inspected regularly and checked before every session

If you purchase a ticket please make sure to turn up to the activity, as we want to ensure we provide as many opportunities for students as possible. If you do not turn up without prior notice then we will not be able to refund you, if you contact us in advance and we are able to find someone else to replace your space on the activity then we will be able to refund your ticket.
