Hello, my name is Busra and I’m a Student of Colour Ambassador for DEV School. I'm a third year studying Geography with International Development.

I applied for this role because I want to help shine a spotlight on our community’s ethnic diversity. I want to enable more students to fell seen and be heard by their peers and the wider university admission. This year we will be working on a number of fun events and socials to encourage students to network and voice their interests. I would like to bring more attention to a range of religious and cultural celebrations from all around the world. I want to work towards unifying the university community through shared experiences and fun times! This year I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone and hopefully speaking to more of you at our Black History Month events.
